Draft 12 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a very light, near transparent color gold with an oily patchy head. Fresh hops and yeast forward aroma. Very light body and easy flavor. Big hop in the finish. A little floral. Tasty, unique beer for sure.

Deep copper with an off white head. Sweet floral and fruity citrus notes, melted caramel in the aroma. Medium to full body with light carbonation. Flavor is on the sweet malty side of the IPA spectrum. It has very nice citrus and floral hop notes but it’s very balanced with that toast and melted caramel piece from the aroma. Very smooth and balanced. Not a hop bomb, just a well-crafted IPA.

Clear oily orange with minimal head. Citrus and other light fruits with slight malt. Sweet aroma. Medium body. Flavor is musty and dry citrus, tart middle, dry finish of hay, earth, and citrus. The dry booze really lasts. Enjoyable.

500mL capped bottle picked up at the brewery. Pours a clear dark rose color. Light berry syrup, just barely sweet surrounds a rather clean beer with just the slightest tartness. This would be a very cool fruit beer, its not a sour and its not a Berliner. But if I had this as a brewpub’s version of a summer fruit wheat then I would be very impressed. As a black currant Berliner its a bit disappointing.

Draft pour at Great Pumpkin beer fest. Pours a high fizz cola color with a spice forward aroma. Very nice roasted pumpkin throughout. Dry finish. These guys don’t miss much. Solid pumpkin.

Draft pour at Special Brews. Listed as La Mort, but confirmed the brew. Pours a muddy brown color with a big bubble foam head. Rich malt aroma. Strong flavor. Tastes even heavier than it is. Sweet malt and a rye like finish. Dusty. Strange brew, but not bad.

Draft pour schooner at the brewery. Pours a dark reddish copper color with a tan fizz head. Mild dark fruit aroma. Belgian inspired beer as its described, but it tastes as belgian as they get. Complex flavor, with dark fruit, belgian yeast, and rich malt. Very nice combo of flavor going here. Has a plum like fruity finish, and has a finish that shows it’s strength. A bit of a mind blowing beer for me here. Very special brew.

Draft pour pint at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a thick foam head. Very mild gains aroma. Light body with a big corny straw flavor. Very flavorful lager. High carb, and a fruity background. Tasty, drinkable fall lager here. Not bad at all.

Draft pour schooner at the brewery. Pours a clear reddish pink color with no head. Very light fruit wine aroma. Flavor is juicy, light berry, and a big white wine presence. Very light in body and a cool finish. Berliner Weisse or sour? This beer finds that happy medium I suppose. Minimal sourness here. Tasty stuff.
