On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is massively sweet, with loads of candied sugar and Belgian yeast - smells like a failed American attempt at a tripel. Flavour unfortunately confirms this, with candied sugar and Belgian yeast, but there is thankfully a touch of oak to slightly balance things. Still, not elegant or well-crafted at all. Disappointing.

Waxed bottle purchased at the brewery. Pours a reddish brown color with almost no head. Smells like straight smooth bourbon to me. Rich caramel, dark fruit, and wood flavor. Tastes much lighter than 11.2 to me, though the aroma suggests otherwise. Dominant, yet smooth flavor. Delicious cookie finish. Solid stuff.

On Tap at the Everett Craft Beer fest Orange amber with anice sandy colored head. Lots of good fresh hop aroma and a interesting citrus twist. Nice variation on the style.

Draft 7 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a clear oily apple juice color with almost no head. Soft belgian yeast, and fruit aroma. Flavor is belgian yeast dominant up front, with some apple flavor. Awesome stuff really. Has a warming finish from the well hidden abv. Sweet fruit with a hint of spice. One of my new favorites from a brewery already on my A list. I’ll get a bottle or two to remind myself later. Loved it.

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a slight white head. Transient as well. Aroma of citrus and some mild bread. Med body at least. Flavor is mildly bitter citrus, with fruit notes, and lightly bready malt. Kind of like the way I’d like Kolsch to be. Finishes bitter and towards dry. Very nice session ale.

22 Oz bottle pour, purchased at the brewery. Pours a bright golden color with a fizz ring head. These guys impress me more and more each day. Nice fruity flavor here. Like a fruity cereal taste with a light bitter hop finish. Nice citrus summer IPA. Good stuff.

Draft 12 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a nice dark amber color with a patchy tan head. Has a very nutty aroma and flavor. Dry up front, malty, and a creamy body to it. Light vanilla and heavy caramel. Pretty standard scotch ale for me, but good overall. Would love to find the fun versions of this some day.

Draft 12 oz pour at the brewery. Pours a cloudy golden color with a creamy foam head to it. Mild sweet aroma. Flavor is pretty heavy on the sweet side as well, with some orange fruit hidden under a slightly boozy wheat and spice finish. Obvious belgian yeast forward flavor. Tastes strong for sure, yet it remains refreshing at the same time. Unique. Pretty good stuff.

22 oz bottle poured. Purchased at Malt and Vine last week, and rating from my notes. Wanted to find out more about this beer, but came up short. Pours a cloudy golden color with a faint citrus aroma. Nice hop presence with a ton of biscuit like flavor. Super easy light session here. Perfect for the time of year the anniversary falls on. Solid session.

12 oz bottle purchased alongside the new 8th anniversary Malt and Vine beer. At Malt and Vine. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with an explosion of foam head and lace. Unique spice, almost vegetal aroma. Lemon grassy flavor with spice, and an obvious yeast flavor presence. Has a belgian yeast finish to it. Very different for sure. Not bad.
