Description
In mythology, literature and many cultures, the Raven is seen as a culture hero, a revered and benevolent, transformative figure. The Raven helps people, blesses them with gifts and shapes the world. But at the same time, he is a frivolous trickster, a light-hearted prankster who is sometime gluttonous and impatient. The Raven as our totem works perfectly. We like to think we are creative, wise, playful and a bit bird-brained; just like those wacky Ravens.

22 oz bottle poured. Pours an oily copper color with a big loose foam head. Ton of lacing. Very nice session here. Full IPA flavor in a refreshing, lighter beer. Nice hops aroma. Next to no bitterness throughout. Almost a little juicy. Very nicely done.

Clear golden hued body with a white head. Aromas are of candied pineapple, orange, citrus, tamarind, dank, pine. Flavors are bitter, dry, grassy, pine forward, mild citrus rind aspects. Clean and dry. Much less malty than their single IPA. Lively carb, dry and warming finish.

650 ml bottle gifted by a buddy in a recent trip to the Seattle area. Clear gold color with thin head in proper glassware. Aroma is light honey like malt with a light grassy hop.

The body is light with a higher carbonation level. Flavor starts with Pilsner malt sweetness, grain followed by the lightly grassy hop finish. The Saaz is fresh which makes all the difference in the world in this simple style. This beer has a nice clean finish and is very easy to drink. Nice example of the style.

650 ml bottle hand carried back by a buddy at work, Nate P. is a good dude. Mostly clear Amber color with a thick lasting bubbly head. Aroma is floral with a traces of pine. Mild caramel sweetness.

The flavor shows a solid caramel and toasted grain base with the floral and pine hops leading to a dry texture. The bitterness has a lasting effect after the sip yet still shows the sweetness. Nice balance. Very easy drinking brew and the brewer hit the mark with the "session" IPA "style".

Draft pour at Frankies pizza. Pours a light pale gold with littlebhead. Floral hop aroma. Flavor is really white winish, which comes to no surprise. Lemon zest flavor and minimum spice in the finish. Refreshing. Tasty. Enjoyed this.

375mL bottle. The wax job is ridiculous - took a lot of time and effort to get this off. Pours a dark burgundy with a small beige head. Nose brings out candied sugar, red wine barrels, Belgian yeast, and some caramel. Flavour is really well-balanced and quite elegant really, with raisins, brown sugar, toffee, and bready malt, accentuated beautifully by the red wine barrel aging which dries it out nicely. Dry palate, with lots of components. Not the most deep beer, but this is great.

Draft pour at the brewery. Pours an oily copper color with a lasting head. Grassy hops aroma. Flavor is pretty grassy as well, with some bitter hop finish. Pretty standard pale, but tasty overall. I’ll take this over a lot of competition.

12oz snifter at Brouwer’s 10th Anniversary party. The aroma is slightly acetic, light rotten fruits, and light sour berries. Mouthfeel tingles the cheeks. Flavor is a plum sour fruits. Its a well controlled sourness with a musty musky finish.
