On tap @ BierCab. This is a slightly clouded looking one, golden in color and it has a nice big slightly foamy white head on the top. Smells really nice. Fresh hoppy, lots of sweet peach nectar. Green grapes. There's citrus and orange zest here also. Yeah, really inviting. Yeah, I like this hop combo. The first sip somehow manages to fool my tongue in to believing that it tastes a bit like dry licorice. Really fresh and well hopped indeed! Nice oily in the mouth and it has a above average kinda growing carbonation level. Zesty, resinous and it's quite bitter for a apa. More of an ipa. Long hoppy dry finish. This is a really nice one indeed! 05.08.2014

Intensiv hopfiger Antrunk mit minimaler Säure. Angenehm fruchtig, dann würzig malzig, was auch den Nachgeschmack dominiert. Rund, süffig, gelungen. 12/12/12/12/12/12

Mild seifig hopfiger Antrunk, frische Bitterkeit. Dabei ist die Karbonisierung etwas zu hoch, grasig werdend. Mild hopfig bei konstanter Bitterkeit zum Ende. Gut. 11/11/9/9/12/10

330ml bottle from Drinks of the World, Winterthur. Pours gold with big foamy head. Pilsner aroma, taste is crisp pils, refreshing, clean, balanced and light. Not a great deal more to say about this and not entirely sure why it’s called ’Pilsner Wine’. Still, a perfectly drinkable afternoon pilsner.

From the can. Cloudy yellow color with a nice white foam. Nice hoppy fruitiness and sweetness in the aroma. Taste is light, but still properly bitter, with typical hoppy aromas. Rather bitter for a simple Pale Ale, but I like it. It has a smooth carbonation and goes down equally smoothly. Not too distinct, but decent.

poured from the awesome 0.33l can. deep hazy amber color. malty and citrus fruity aroma, not too complex. malty taste again, with a nice bitter hop finish. Some characteristics of a red ale in there as well. Not too bitter though, despite the 90 IBUs.
