10.11.20 Aromat niewyczuwalny słodowy trochę może z nutą chmielu ziołowego Biała piana obfita, złociste, mętne. W smaku daje lekko szmatą, słodycz nie jest dominując i goryczka też na średnim poziomie w smaku takie ziemiste. Średnio nagazowane, orzeźwiające, średnio lekkie, finisz zbożowy lekko chlebowy. Ogólnie piwo całkiem normalne w spożyciu ani wybitne ani jakieś słabe, raczej nie zaskakuje. Taki lager jasny.

Pours clear medium dark blonde. Stable. Mediums large white head. Scent is quite DMS heavy, more than is tollerable. Taste is medium bitter. Big malty sweetness in the back. DMS still quite high. Malty, bit basic. Not as balanced and smooth as I like my german lagers, and the DMS should be concidered a problem here, rather than 'allowed by style' .

Eine herrliche Flaschengestaltung, einfach genial. Das Bier könnte allerdings nicht einfacher sein. Recht neutrales, süffiges und eher schlankes Helles. Jede weitere Beschreibung kann man sich sparen.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza e attraversano il liquido in maniera allegra e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo.L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane cotto di recente, un accenno di resinoso ed erbaceo.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frumento, pane cotto di recente, agrumi e banana.

Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida offre una visione offuscata. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è normale e la permanenza è appena percepibile. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, metallo, luppolo, agrumi, erbe aromatiche, limone e resina.

Klare tiefgoldene bis bernsteinfarbenes Bier; gemischtporige relativ stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase malzig mit honigartiger Süße, ein wenig blumiger Hopfen im Hintergrund. Im Geschmack rund, malzig und würzig mit mittlerem Körper und dezenter Süße. Insgesamt ein vielleicht eher durchschnittliches, aber ausgeglichenes, würziges und süffiges Märzen.

Bottle from a rest stop shop in Bayern. Aroma is dark malt, dark bread, roasted nuts, touch of liquorice. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Body is light to medium. Overall a bit on the thin side, but fairly enjoyable Schwarz.
