Bottle sample at a tasting at Porter & Sons. Thanks Tom L. Hazy amber. Some funk, vinegar, fruitiness, honey, caramel, sweetish and a bit sourish, bitter finish, strong carbonation.

Bottle, 0.75l, shared with Patrick. Aroma of wheat, grape skin, wine, wood, yeast and a bit of sweat. Pours hazy dark amber color with thick soapy off-white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy and yeasty, follows by citrus, wood and tanins, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, slick texture and soft carbonation in palate. Very refreshing sour with well hidden ABV that nonetheless quickly kicks you in the ass...

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly concentrated sour-ish fruity, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruits, grass, citrus peel, soda powder, dried fruits, lemon. Taste is slightly dry concentrated fruity, grapefruit, grass, oak, yeast, citrus peel, soda powder, sorrel, hints of tropical fruits. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel, low carbonation. Nice.
