Thanks to omgrich! 750 ml. bottle sampled. Wow that is one seriously messed-up & hideous label. I don’t even want to know. Dark red amber, little white head. Nose is hugely puckering yoghurt, very sour, acidic, lemon acidity with very sour blueberries. Taste is hugely puckering, mineral sour, somewhat watery, very straightforward, very sour, lemon sourness, vinegar, sour yoghurt, acidity & very sour blueberry profile,… Hugely acidic, very simple,.. Puckering, thin & acidic. Just about okay.

25/VII/15 - 75cl bottle @ Trillium tasting, home - BB: n/a (2015-1006) Thanks to omgrich for sharing the beer!

Clear bright red beer, small irregular head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: rhubarb flavoured yoghurt, sweet, lactic, some sour cherries, chlorine, fruity, plums. MF: lots of carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish (from the carbon?), fruity touch, lots of chlorine, sourish, unpleasant bitterness. Aftertaste: very metallic, chlorine, little bitter, fruity. Could not for the life of me tell what fruit has been used in this brew.

Keg at Babajan, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, brief head. Tart peachy nose with notes of metal.Tart and quite slender with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Lime juice, cobwebs, grains. Low bitterness. Simple, but quite freshening.

Bottle. Light hazy deep golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, apple skin, light grain, light funk, light barnyard, leather and light earth. Taste is very light sweet, light bitter and light sour with notes of lemon, light barnyard, light grain and apples. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Pretty nice, fruity brett and drinkable.

Bottle @ Saturday night tasting - The Stein & Vine. Why always the brett, can"t go with a more fwd Belgian yeast?

750ml bottle. Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Lightly hazy gold. Lots of bubbly activity. Film of white head. Aroma is great. It’s like an apple pie made with really tart apples. Sweet, and acidic, and fruity. On top, there’s a bready, malty thing. Taste is soft sweet, turning dry. Some apple pip bitterness. (This is a cider, right?). Finish has a light, toffee sweetness, with a tart, slight funky close. Very nice, easy drinking.

New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle: pours orange with white head. Aroma is funky, hint of vinegar, good bit of brett. Taste is lightly sour. Kind of sweet. Actually it is more sour than I thought. Interesting. Nice aftertaste.
