Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of bu11zeye. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a tiny white head. Sweet and tart fruity aroma. Medium body, yeasty with some medicinal notes and a sophisticated Chardonnay-like tartness. Strange cardamom notes. Baking yeast. Interesting, but clearly an "inexperienced " Sour. 150311

Bottle from a generous trader. Shared with jcwattsrugger. Pours dark brown. Tan head. Vinous notes in the nose. Lots of barrel, plum, dates, funk and caramel. Taste is slightly tart plums, dates, funk, wood and vinous notes. Seems more like a sour/wild than an old ale.

Bottle thanks to torino. Hazed brown pour with a tan head. Aromas of butterscotch, popcorn, caramel and red wine. Flavors of red wine, butter and caramel. Light bubbles. Diacetyl! I remember 2010 being better.
