Bottle thanks to Chad! Poured a near clear dark brown with a light brown head that lasted throughout the beer and laced. Aroma had a dark fruit note with some sweet grains, toffee, caramel and a bit of alcohol. Flavor started with dark fruits but was overtaken by toffee and darker grains with a bit of alcohol in the finish.

Courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours hazy gold with white head. The aroma is spicy hops, spicy yeast, some wheat, some pepperiness and then estery notes leaning toward banana. The taste is similar with spicy hops mixing with wheat and spicy yeast notes followed closely by a mild grainy malt note and smooth sweet banana.

2010 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy golden body and a medium sized bright white head. Aromas of honey, sage, pineapple, herbal notes, white wine (sauvignon blanc or a super spicy american chard), anise, vinous notes, wood. Very complex, different and nice. Taste is very nice. Strong lactic sourness, medium pedio notes. Light brett funkiness, but huge pineapple; Brett C characteristics. Pineapple acidity as well. Quick soda like finish (like white wine with club soda). Lively carbonation. Lingering honeysuckle flavors, some nectarine as well. Quenching. Very proud of this Texas sour! Please make more!
