Bottle in Leightons cloud thanks to Lando himself, Bespin tasting, 27/05/15. Very slow gusher ! Golden with a decent off white cap that retains well ... brown ? Bottle thanks to Leighton. It pours hazy orange-amber with a thick white head. The nose is sweet, juicy, earthy, bread, earthy roast, stewed orange and icing sugar. The taste is smooth, orange, apricot, breads malts, toasty grain, cereal, minerals, icing sugar and a touch of sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. So-so.

Bottle shared in London - heaven knows where I got this. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. Bland nose, some vague citrus, grainy pale bread. Light sweet flavor with bready sugars, some rindy citrus, pale grain, white grape. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes lightly sweet with more pale, grainy bread, grape, some leafy hops. Bland but drinkable.

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow golden color, small white head. Aroma is lightly malts, a firm hoppyness, a decent fruity touch but also a little bit dusty and some overripe fruits. Taste malts, malt bitter, hop bitter, lightly fruity, pretty bitter, slightly metallic. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.
