Clear light red colour, white head. Aroma of almonds, cherry, marsipan and cherry candy. Sweet cherry flavour, quite fruity, turning into somewhat sour candy, notes of malts. Finish malts, cherry and citrus.

Personal contribution. 75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBBSG II. Pours a light reddish amber with little head. Expected a bit more pronounced colour. Smell is that of common cherry gelatine candy (cherry and not kriek), quite sweet and sugary,… Taste is the came candy, sweet cherries not kriek here, white sugar, marzipan, light jam, sweet bodied,.. m/m carb. Not what I expected for a sweet fruit beer, this is really nice. I enjoyed it.

33cl from Dranken Geers. The beer starts a but watery, slightly sour. The red ale flavour is not very noticeable. Cherry is a bit sour, but not very intense. The body is watery as well, not very balanced. The aftertaste is short, a bit wood and red ale beside the cherries, but watery in general. --> sadly a very unspectacular beer...

Clear orange to amber beer, big aery off-white head, unstable, dissipates immediately. Aroma: sugar, orange peel, metallic, bit spicy. MF: lots of carbon, light to medium body. Taste: little bitter, some caramel, little floral, very watery. Aftertaste: little bitter, floral, metallic. Pretty lame and boring beer.

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Slightly unclear reddish color, small off - white head that diminishes almost instantly. Smell krieken, slightly sourish and sweetish at the same time. Taste sour cherries, a touch of sweetness, dry. Although I was having a bit of a hard time holding it down in the beginning it’s actually a very good beer.

Bottle at the 500 Miles Tasting, the Sham - one of mine. Pours clear pink with little foamy head. Sugary cherry nose, hints of dry fruits, light to medium sweet flavor, mellow tangy cherries, hints of bitter pits. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweet finish, some pleasant dryness, decent cherry character. I like it.
