The four beers "Gold", "Dunkel", "Bock" and "Weizen" served at the brewpub are indeed brewed there while the same beers, if bottled, as well as all other products, are produced at "Privat-Brauerei Zötler" since December 2019. The bottles beers are marketed under the subsidary label "Brau-Manufactur Allgaeu".

50 cL bottle. Pours almost fully clear and golden orange with a crispy off-white head. Orange/banana fruity and slight malty aroma. Estery flavour, light fruity yet also dry wheaty. Light citric finish and wheaty. Not bad.

Clear pale gold; slightly yellow-coloured dense head. Dry, herbal (...bog myrtle?...) nose, and a little bit of human sweat, mixing in with the herbs. On the sharp of the edge between dry and sweet; unfortunately completely ruined by a flavour of "Old Spice" hairoil - that was definitely NOT my own aftershave! Light but not empty. Ho-hum lager version. Not the one destined for MY Easterbrunch...Earlier Rating: 10/21/2006 Total Score: 3.4Clear gold with a little coppery shine; fluffy white medium head. Malty nose, fresh malts from the brewery loft, but going over imperceptibly into hoppy, grassy notes. Soft-sweet taste with a marked soft water quality. Bit leafy, but restrained. Soft, nearly creamy MF, the water is there for something. Immediately pleasing, but in the end pretty average, slightly stronger blond beer.
