Comes close to sunscreen vibes but the honey is legit, rounds it out nicely, like a honey Pina colada, actually less sweet than a Pina colada too. Legit delicious!

I love traditionals and this is as nuanced as they come, so much orange thick honey flavor, hints of oak and vanilla.

Wish for more pear and less hazelnut but love the flavor profile as is already. Bourbon adds a great vanilla pang.

Bottle shared by GoT & split four ways @Sideward. Dull, rich, hearty, still, golden honey pour. Floral, tons of pollen, warm wax. Taste is stupid rich, brown sugar, & sappy sweet. Warm pollen, sweet wood, lemonade to cut it, back to lush, earthy, mallow, faint herbal. Kinda good or great depending on how much you sip it. Would show off a little more character if it was drier. Lush show mead.

Bottle shared by GoT @RLRL. Stemware. Hazy, still, NEIPA, dense wine glass pour. Rich pineapple & vanilla, yogurt, hearty nose. Greasy coconut & super sweet pineapple meld with a lush-feeling honey. Sweet cream & mild rum. Light wax. Mellow tartness & fresh floral honey on the tail. Crazy how much the honey is reminiscent of pineapple. Only a touch boozy, but it's incredibly sweet & has amazing texture. Decadent & a little overwhelming.

GoTs bottle split four ways @RL RL. Wine glass. Deep purple black pour. It's clear, but you can't tell. Sharp, dense dried blueberries, very vinous, pomegranate, very hot. Incredibly viscous, concentrated blueberry flesh, big on leather, blackberry & grape skin connotations, some kind of clove-y spice. Lingering tart blueberry skin & melted frosting. Dessert sweet, if that wasn't obvious. Boozy like port. Coy bits of seemingly un-fermented honey throughout. Solid acid, but it's fighting a losing battle. Backsweetened with a little fresh juice at the end? Chugging the last third of the bottle may make you hungry for salty Lau food. This is what the color purple should taste like.
