375ml bottle. Burgundy colored pour, flat. Aroma is mildly tart cherries and vanilla. Taste is cherry pie filling, lightly sour, sweet and sticky. A little alcohol burn creeps in late.

Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a clear deep purple with no head whatsoever. Aroma has slightly tart blackberry with a bit of blueberry underlying. Flavor has a great blueberry and blackberry with a sweet honey note supporting.
Sweet and a bit tart, strong hazelnut, canned pear, a bit stuffy. Not great not terrible.
Sweet, intense with nutty glue notes in aroma, some honey and pear juice in the taste, hints of bourbony vanilla syrup and peanut butter. A bit unbalanced and quite sweet. Pastry mead?
Nice floral and herbal notes but also tropical fruit notes, thick sticky honey deliciousness.

Dark purple on black, opaque & oily pour.
Bittersweet, sticky blackberry, boozy, slightly piney nose.
Taste is sharp, tart, lovely blackberry tannins, earth, rich red wine, bittersweet leaning sweet, faint veg, lingering astringency.
A little thinner than your typical Zymarium but quite lovely & more in line with what I want.
