First time trying a mead from Zymarium. Its really good but I felt it maybe fell a little short of whatever mark I was hoping for. Essentially its semi-sweet and might have done better a bit sweeter. Also the spice presence was super restrained. Perhaps this might have ended up a good thing but I was hoping for enough flavor here to be able to say "oh yea this reminds me of liquid gulab jamun" but it was really just an interesting mead.

375 ml bottle at share. Dark ruby pour, relatively flat. Sweet, fruity aroma, cherries. Taste brings mildly tart cherry along with some pastry accents, vanilla and powdered sugar.

375ml bottle at share. Very pale golden pour, still, looks like white wine. Aroma is pumpkin, vanilla and cinnamon. Taste is pumpkin pie flavors, minus the crust. Sticky finish.

Really pick up on the molasses notes. Loads of cherry of course, albeit tarter than I expected. Another phenomenal waterless mead from Zymarium!

375ml bottle. Burgundy colored pour, flat. Aroma is mildly tart cherries and vanilla. Taste is cherry pie filling, lightly sour, sweet and sticky. A little alcohol burn creeps in late.

Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours near black with no head whatsoever. Aroma has blackberry and currant with sweet honey and a bit of raspberry and barrel coming through. Flavor has a combination of honey, blackberry and raspberry with some bourbon and honey supporting.
