On tap at Zymarium, pours a deep dark mahogany, no head. Nose is ridiculously rich, with intense black currant, raspberry, blackberry, and rich honey. Flavour is absurdly rich, decadent and elegant, with an incredible expression of the aforementioned berries and honey. Super jammy, not too syrupy or sweet, just elegant and complex as hell. Damn.

On tap at Zymarium, pours a clear amber brown, no head. Aroma is not as decadent as expected, with lots of tart cherries and honey intensity. Flavour is very syrupy, rich and intense, with huge raspberry notes, honey, sugars, and booze. I actually don't think this is as refined or elegant as expected, especially not compared to the Endless Dark Ritual I just had. Still good but overrated and horrendously overpriced (even though I didn't pay for it).

On tap at Zymarium, pours a cloudy orange, no head. Aroma has boozy whiskey, subdued honey character, and light floral notes. Flavour is more dominated by the honey, with lots of syrupy sweet honey, floral notes and a touch of booze. A bit too cloying but it's tasty.
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at Zymarium, pours a clear orange, no head. Aroma is dominated by the coffee upfront, with floral notes and light honey. Flavour has a nice blend of honey and coffee — the bitter earthiness from the coffee juxtaposes nicely with the honey. Complex and refined. Excellent.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at Zymarium (as “Haunted Grove” for Halloween), pours a clear pale golden, no head. Aroma is dominated by wood but I wouldn't have identified amburana — the honey seems fermented out. Flavour is totally dominate by the amburana but, again, not in a way I would've clearly identified; there's tons of booze, old oak, floral blossom honey, and finishing boozy, woody and sweet.

On tap at Zymarium, pours a clear bright amber orange, no head. Aroma smells like a mead version of a baklava indeed, with pistachios, honey nectar, and a touch of cardamom. Flavour follows suit, with tons of pistachios upfront, mixed well with the honey, cardamom and a light floral character. Rich, balanced and unique. Excellent.

On tap at Zymarium, pours a hazy golden, no head. Aroma is a wonderful mix of honey nectar, cinnamon, a little nutmeg, ginger and clove. Flavour is sweeter than expected from the nose, with tons of sweet nectary honey, and a nice melange of the aforementioned spices. Not the most elegant, as it is a bit cloying even for a sweet mead, but it's tasty in tiny amounts.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6
On tap at Zymarium, pours a clear rusted reddish brown with a tiny beige head. Aroma is strange, with a vegetal, hibiscus character upfront and fermented out honey. Flavour is more dominated by the sugars, somewhat fermented out honey, hibiscus and clove. I can't shake the vegetal character, almost celery-like on the finish. It's decent but not striking the notes I want.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
On tap at Zymarium, pours a cloudy orange with almost no head. Aroma is very pithy, bringing out pulpy lychee and a weird earthiness. Flavour is exceedingly sweet, tasting like lychee syrupy out of a can and maybe a touch of honey. This doesn't work for me at all.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 6
On tap at Zymarium, pours a clear pale golden orange with a tiny white head. Nose is dry, with totally fermented out honey and a light champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bone dry and spritzy, with fermented out honey that's barely detectable as honey and a club soda-like character. Dry and ultimately boring but fine.
