Can. Pours a hazy yellow with no head. The aroma is strong pineapple, honey, floral, passionfruit. Slick body, pineapple, light passionfruit, honey, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.

Huge gusher, glad I didn't open it downstairs on the rug! It's bubbly as heck, light honey flavor, mostly dry fun.

Can takeaway at closing. Pint glass back at home. Dusty, medium gold, tall quick hit n run soda head. Smells like lemon lime soda, lemon honey, floral-pinapple, with some obvious citra. Bittersweet, lime leaf, lemon drop, pineapple juice, unfermented floral honey, low wax, a bit of Aspirin, Finstone vitamin sweetness on the finish. Frothy, medium low carb, a little vodka burn. Okay to good. Wants a little more acid.

Hazy, slightly fizzy, pale strawberry can from the source. Lo-ball glass @home after a ride in my luggage. Sticky blossom honey & guava nectar nose with a soft vanilla candle. Taste is super sweet guava nectar, orange, rounded earthy if slightly floral honey, red grapefruit tartness, quite fresh & simple. Vanilla frosting really pops on the end. Natural fruit, almost back-sweetened. Some pithiness develops as it warms & I start to appreciate it more. This tastes like a syrupy fruit smoothie with an extra sweet honey drizzle. Fizzy soda acid on the finish should be much stronger. Low carb just can't compete. Tasty but just too sweet. Throw some soda water in this & it'll be amazing.

Got a warning from the mazer about this one before trying. Clear, rich golden, still pour. Heavy waxy, medicinal chem, veggie note. Sharp, black tea, veggie, an underlying old flavor that I can't describe, mild caramel & smoke, low wax. Tart, sweet tail that makes it better. Good-ish.

Short pour at the source. Small, unassuming barely amber gold, still pour. Could be wrong, it's dark in here. Soft & warm cinnamon stick & unfermented, sticky honey nose. Lovely nose. Taste is delicate cinnamon upfront, a kiss of maple, sweet cream chai on the tail. Softest flavor on the board. Intentionally flat, still lush. Kinda pretty.

Short pour at the source, Jay is still alive somehow. Clear, mostly still, pale gold. Earthy, a little vinous, waxy, green nose. Bittersweet, bittergreen, white pith, thinner than expected, honey green tea, bitter kale finish. Good contrast when lined up against everything else on tap.

Clear, pale gold, still. Place was dark. I could be wrong. Rich, coffee creamer & cookie nose. Sweet nutty creamer, deep earthy coffee, very little bitterness, slight maple, contrasting fruitiness from the honey. Syrupy. Super smooth. Simple yet tasty.

Short wine glass at the source with Jay. Clear, bright, dark amber, very leggy. Rounded cinnamon, medium high acid, almost apply nose. Taste is thin, super rich, very buttery pancake syrup that is somehow real, slick, more obvious maple notes, a touch of smokey vanilla. Drippy sweet maple candies, warm cinnamon & oozy un-fermented honey. Very slight acid keeps this from getting sloppy. Impossible yet lovely. Just a little drier would have been my jam.

Short pour at the source with Jay. Kept coming back to this one. Hazy pale straw, dull, mostly still pour. Egregious level of lychee juice & lemon honey in the nose. Sweet lychee, lychee candies, mild bittersweet, cream, lemon honey sharpness, decent acid, super rich for a session mead. Crazy that this is all natural.
Absolutely lovely cocktail material. Hard to drink a full pour.
