500ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, thick, creamy,moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Minimally musty, strawy, grainy, malty aroma, hints of wet straw, a touch of malty spiciness. Taste is grainy, minimally strawy, pale malty, minimally grassy, bitter hoppy with metallic overtones and a subtle citrusy touch, very subtle, biscuity malty sweetness. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Rather standard Helles, nicely hopped, pretty good mouthfeel - acceptable.

50cl Fles, dank pa! Goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Ruikt wat moerassig, wat zwavel, grassig. Smaak is licht moutig, redelijk wat koolzuur, iets scherp, beetje macro-pils-achtig (a la Grolsch), moutig, grassig bitter. Lichte body. Prima pils.

Fles 50cl thuis gedeeld. Maltig, caramel, zoetig, noot, licht droog, wat rood fruit, bittertje na, licht kruidig. (30-12-2020).
One of the more solid in style. Not so muddled, but still hazy. But it’s better because it is malty amber and clean. Simmel advent Kalendar

Clear gold with a rich white head. Grains, touch of spice and a bready note. Bready with some grains and a light touch of hop spice. Not great, but good for macro.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally musty, mellow malty and slightly yeasty doughy, minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of grey bread, cereals, a touch of apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, yeasty doughy, minimally yeasty fruity, slightly grainy and bready, minimally spicy malty, hints of grey bread, a touch of apricot and caraway. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft carbonation. The Zwickel-character matches quite well with the typical non-alcohol doughy touch - not bad for a No Alcohol Beer and definitely not the worst from this brewer.
