On tap at Fieldwork - Berkeley, pours a clear copper amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice toasted bready malt character upfront, with just enough hopping — damn, that does smell good for such a lame beer style. Flavour has a lot of depth for what it is, with lots of toasted bready malt and a touch of caramel. Plenty of depth for such a style. Very good.

Can from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours hazy gold with a large/huge foamy/frothy white head. Tropical juiciness wafts from the pour. Aroma is on the way to dank, dry juicy dank - mostly citrus. Flavor is nearly full bodied. Flavor touches dank; dry; earthy; bitter; juicy; citrus; passion fruit; green melon. More. Complex IMHO. Amazingly tasty. Great level of bitterness for a NEIPA. Malt? Light caramel in support. In IPAs I don't really want to get involved in the malt. Save that for Tmavy beers. This NEIPA is amazing.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours bright gold with a transient white head. Aroma is mildly bready with a touch of floral and citrus. Near med body. Flavor is crisp and clean floral/citrus - some breadiness in the finish. Tasty for a kolsch.

Capped 750 from Cap Tap. Pours translucent rosé with a transient off-white (pinkish?) head. Aroma is quite red berry. Med body tho the carbonation is quite light. It's very red wine/red berry. I think the cab berry flavor survived the process. It's dry, and not really bitter. Just a very little tart. It seems very much a wine/beer hybrid. Good stuff!
