0,33l bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Murky pale golden to yellow with a more than one finger foamy white head in the glass. Musty malty with some citrus on the nose. Taste is more pale grainy with caramel, low citrus with sweetness. Smooth candid grain in the aftertaste. Low carbonated. Okay.

0,33 l bottle from Bierzwerg, Greven. Clear golden in the glass, small one finger white head. Grainy caramel on the nose. Tatse has also grain and caramel, some citrus. Thin with a low bitterness. Okay, it´s easy to drink but nothing I would remember in a day.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 24th January 2021 whilst listening to a German Playlist on Tidal called Hamburger Schule, we’re cooking Cheese Spaetzle and Onion Bake. Pours hazy amber with a white head, soft mouthfeel, a little chewy, not convinced that this is a particularly good hop to use for a single hop beer. A little grassy, a hint of bubble gum, some middling bitterness.

(Keg at Gallow's Bird, 20201114) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had g3, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy and bitter. A pleasant grassy brew with clean flavours and aromas.
