On tap at Darbys, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Nose is fairly fruity, with some melon and stone fruit, not much hops though. Flavour is dry and washed out, with light floral hops, a hint of melon, and a bitter finish without the hop characteristics to go along with it. Pretty lame.

Light grapefruit. Clear golden pour with bigninitial pillow of head. Clean finish. Not much to this. No coast or no taste? Tap.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has dry hay, apple skins, not much else. Flavour is dry, with close to bone dry apple skins, with a touch of hay. Lacking depth, but at least it's dry. Easy to drink but useless.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has nutmeg and a generic Xmas spiciness, with medium toasted malt underneath. Flavour is dry and spicy, with wood, Xmas spices (most nutmeg), and toasted malt. The spices take over, but there's at least a reasonably sturdy malt base. Too dry and nutmeg-y for my tastes but not bad.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a deep dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma has some Belgian yeast expression, light orange, a bit of cocoa, and some red fruits. Flavour is less promising, with lots of orange and chocolate that overtakes; too estery and too much of the adjuncts, which covers over whatever might be authentic about this (which is not much). North American breweries should stop attempting styles they clearly can't make properly.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has gentle spicy hops, some pinecones, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with fairly subdued piney hops, a bit of sprucey spiciness, and a soft biscuity malt base. Timid and easy-drinking, with a pretty soft hop expression. Nothing wrong with it, just very underwhelming.

Poured from the tap @ P49. Clear-ish dark brown with small off white head. Feint spices, bland and thin, what's the point?
