(can, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly dusty and ascorbic fruity nose with artificially and perfumed grainy notes. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soup of brewing cereals with fruity accents; moderately dry and sweet finish with traces of herbal hops. Probably drinkable on a hot summer night in Nam. 28.VIII.10

(bottle, 35.5cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a loose mid-sized foamy white head. Moderately sweet and slightly sour doughy malty aroma with notes of dust, grassy and slightly metallic hops. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Plain malty and corny taste ahead with notes of cardboard, especially towards the faintly bitter finish. Yawn. 28.VIII.10

Small offwhite head. Pale yellow body with strong carbonation. Light farmyard and earth and ketchup aroma. Dry-sweetish papery mealy sugary taste with earthy notes. Light body. Mealy mouthfeel. Dryish earthy peas and resin aftertaste with corn-like grassy notes. Could be a lot worse. (0.4l bottle, Øl og Mat-festivalen, Oslo.)

Good bready clean aroma for a pale lager. Perhaps there is this processed olfactory in the background. Good initial CO2. Decent lager flavors with the hints of processed metal carying thru. Very amican pale lager style. Made in vietnam, no? Some mild to medium malt liquor bitter alky bite on the finish makes me think this is higher than 4.9% alky. Otherwise goes down as easy as any other american pale lager.

Pour is a bright gold with a small white head. Aroma is of grass and sweet grain. Flavor is again sweet grain and no hops at all. Gets a better score b/c its a little more flavorful than your average BMC.
