Bottle from Grocery Outlet, Woodland, CA. Golden color with a multifinger frothy white head. Aromas of light malt and light fruits. Near medium body with creamy frothy carbonation. Flavor is hay/straw with some light fruits. Mild bitterness. Rather clean and refreshing. Finish is a bit abrupt. Good deal at 3.99/sixer.

Brought to me via a friend from Vietnam. This was the best thing she brought. A step up from a regular lager, but certainly nothing special.

Bottle: Poured a golden color. Aroma was sweet grass. The taste is sweet grass at first but turns quickly to harsh bitterness.

bottle - Well... not many beers would say right on the label that they’re brewed with rice. Score one for honesty? This beer is a pretty typical fizzy yellow beer. It’s not completely stomache turning, there’s just very little there in this bland, thin brew. I think there’s a trace of hops in there. Don’t bother.

Bottled in Dong Hoi. Clear pale yellow, fizzy head. Vague fruity aroma. Sweet and bland. Almost flavourless, but a minor soapy rice flavour is noticable. Light bodied and completely without bitterness. The ugliest sibling in the Saigon beer family

Bottle at Berliner Bierfestival. Clear, yellow-golden beer with a large-bubbled, white head. Weak aroma that is mostly grainy. The same goes for the flavor, not much, and mostly grainy. Thin and watery body. A really boring beer. There’s not much flavor, but at least it doesn’t taste bad. (070803)

From a second trade with faroeviking, thanks Jacob.
Bottled(355ml). –Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, dusty caramelly nose. The aroma is weak, some light sweet malts with obvious presence of rice and nothing else. Short watery finish.
