Bottle, 75cl corked. 2024 vintag. Well sparkling, clear golden and headless. Alcohol, yeast and a touch of sulphur first, then fresh ripe apple, apple juice and a touch of apple pits. Effervescent mouthfeel, lightly sweetish, medium to full bodied. Light alcohol warmth. Fresh apple juice flavor with some alcohol and yeast hints. Grass, apple pits, canned pear. Palate cleansing finish. A bit yeasty and alcoholic, especially for a 7% ABV cider. Not bad though. 250327

March 2022: 750 ml corked & caged bottle, vintage 2021, parti #1, bottle #307, from Vinmonopolet Madla. ABV is 7%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Nice aroma of Gravenstein apples, a hint of what I take to be sulphites, even though the cider allegedly is free of sulphites. Flavour of sweet and slightly acidic Norwegian apples

750 ml corked & caged bottle, vintage 2023, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Organic (økologisk). Clear and very pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Pleasant aroma of fresh Norwegian apples. Light bodied for its strength. Semi-dry (or semi-sweet, if you like) flavour of apples.

Flaske nr. 363, parti 3.
