Dark brown. Thick head. Lots of raspberry on the nose, some chocolate fudgey stuff, too. On the palate, it's got a moderate sweetness that brings raspberry and coffee with it. There's a fair bit of bitterness, and the chocolate seems to show up there more. Fairly simple but tasty.

Can - pours a purplish red with tons of floaties - nose of caramelized sugars, ambiguous dark fruitiness, pepper, light dusty yeast - flavor is similar, but brings a moderately sharp acidity on the tail end - meh.

Nutty chocolate toffee malt and dry hay aroma. Dark brown with moderate tan head. Lightly sweet nutty chocolate toffee malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. Very nice flavor with minimal sweetness.

Pretty good little brown ale, heavy on the caramel and toffee without being overly sweet. Nutty undertones mix with an unexpected tart note on the back end and a dry, pine-tinged finish. Gorgeous pour and feel.

Dull pale, hazy. Thin head. It's pretty tart, a bit yeasty, and has an apricotty sort of hop. So it's a decent kettle sour, and yes, it's a bit old school, but well made.

Pours murky, ugly, pale brown. Frothy head. Has fairly bright terpinated nose but also toasty malts and the murked out yeastiness.

Has that pinkishy sort of strawberry accent to it. Thin head. Vanilla, light cinnamon, touch of strawberry, I mean there’s even that bit of eggy I swear. How did they manage that? Power of suggestion probably. I mean it’s goofy but the flavours bring complexity- the maple sneaks into the finish. But the tartness is moderate, and it doesn’t go into the sweetness for a pastry sour.

Dark brown. On the nose, lots of caramel and some roasted notes. I get the artificial caramel stuff in there, lots of roasted notes, bitterness, light almond to lend a bit of an accent. Okay, that caramel is a waste of my time, but I like everything else.

Odd stout, with a firm bitter streak unexpected for a candy-themed pastry stout. Moderate almond flavor sits on top of notes of cherry, caramel, and fudge, with an unsweetened chocolate middle and a medicinal back end. Lots of roast, but the bitterness comes on too strong for the style. Unbalanced, and the carbonation seems a bit too feisty.

Hazy golden with a large foamy white head that left decent lacing. Cinnamon sugar and faint tart berry. Long finish. Medium body.
