Clear copper amber coloured beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, caramel, hay, cow fodder, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, a bit sweet, gentle bitterness, a bit grassy, hint of citrus, nice. Aftertaste: more clean malts, good bitterness, dry finish, a bit grassy, caramel malts, decent!

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy, opaque orange gold, with medium grained, fluffy white foam. Aroma is weak, only slight herbaceous, a little counterintuitive for an Italian pils. Body is average, with some nice carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, but also with a good dose of malty sweetness behind. Final is average.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours dark brown, with fine brown foam. Aroma is of chocolate, a little nutty. Body is partially dense, with delicate, tickling carbonation. Taste is moderate roasty, with a little sweetness behind as well. The sapidity of salt is barely identifiable, but nicely complements the rest. Final is not particularly strong, but pleasant.
