0.33 l bottle from 'Gastrodrink', best before May 2024. A little hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of lemon peel, grains, fresh grass, some white pepper and light gooseberry. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral and a bit grassy-spicy taste of grains, lemon peel, some fresh grass and a touch of gooseberry, followed by a short, quite bitter, slightly peppery, moderately dry finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Pleasant Pils, very well-balanced, quite crisp. Nice!

Tap at Beer & Food Attraction 2023, in Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale gold, medium transparent, withe abundant white foam, fine. Aroma is cereal, some citrus peel. Body is slightly thin, with average carbonation. Taste is first medium sweet, with some final bitterness.

L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare cristallino. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è ramato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è normale e c'è anche una componente di salato. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce indizi di frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, sale e frutta passita.

Tap at Lumière 2020-07-30. Pale color, hazy, bubbly white head. Faint smell of mineral and light spice. Flavor of light wheat malt and coriander, maybe some anise, zest. Light body average carbonation. Taste a bit flat, leftover of dough, herbs, dry watery finish. 7/4/6/3/12 = 3.2 Bottle 2021/01/30 As above, a more intense spice, with bergamot, somewhat thicker body and perfumed finish. Maybe it matured better in the bottle?
