Medium to good, quite stable cream head, bit fluffy even over red-brown beer. Nutty, bready, hint @ human sweat, sugary dark malts. Sweet, bready, wet cardboard, rosejam. Lots of (dark) malts, toffee. Feels well-bodied, really gristslick, well-carbonated, chewy. OK, even better but again (too) sugary.

Light body, soft carbonation. tastes rye, leather, light grains, bread, linseed, grassy, bit peppery, lightly herbal. finishes lightly dry and medium bitter with notes of rye, leather and some grassy notes. Leaning towards the bitter side, but quite enjoyable beer.

opalescent orange colour, huge, dense ecru-ish head; aroma of grapefruity, orange juicy, some earthy, barnyard, acetic and citric acidy notes; taste is similar to the aroma; I am hesitant to conclude that this beer intentionally has this wild-beer character - probably not
