500ml bottle - lightly hazy gold - lively pour with a moderate head - floral and lightly spicy nose - soft but full carbonation in the mouth - moderate honey sweetness, lightly spicy phenolics, moderate bitterness, lightly tart on the back end - light fruity esters - lightly floral/herbal - finish is slightly warming, with lingering spiciness - nicely balanced and nuanced for am American-made rendition - will totally buy another bottle.

Man I’ve been holding on to this beer for ages! TRVE x Prairie Artisan Ales Barrel Fermented Gose-Style Ale aged on Peaches 4.9% Lovely golden orange color. Super smooth but super sour acidic funk with loads of tart peaches on a medium full body. This really grew on me and for a Gose is really complex.
