Really a fresh tasting Geuze with lots of lemon citrus.
A slightly hazy golden beer, no head. Aroma of dry sour grapes, apples, funk. Taste of sour white grapes, lime, zest, brett.

Bottle 186/550. Color: Clear golden, long lasting white head. Nice lacing. Aroma: Fruity Sherry, grape. Wood. Rural funk. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, very clearly present Sherry. Fruity grape, white berries and hints of citrus. Oak wood, tannins. Some rural funk notes. Very nice complexity. Sherry is a bit overwhelming, in a good way. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Long lasting dry-ish and fruity finish. Very nice! Glad that I've got the chance to get a bottle of this one.

375ml bottle @ The Night of The Great Thirst 2025. Cloudy, hazed golden appearance with a white head. Wonderful complex wild aroma. Flavour profile delivers on such promise with a fantastically balanced, complex, layered geuze presentation, firm acetic presence with light woody nods. Just a great geuze.

375mL bottle at International Geuze & Kriek Festival 2025, pours a cloudy orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma has gentle funk, light leather, and gentle citrus. Flavour is full of wet wood, gentle cardboard, leathery funk, and light citrusy finish. Nice funk character and rounded well. Excellent.

Cloudy orange beer, small creamy off-white head, very stable, non adhesive. Aroma: barnyard, funky, bit earthy, pleasant, brett notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, refreshing, soft bitterness, herbal, funky, a little lemony, hint of vinegar, nice! Aftertaste: pretty sourish, fruity, lots of brett, decent oude geuze!

375mL bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Nose has pretty restrained funk, but plenty of brett that comes across a little immature; some tart citrus in there maybe. Flavour is quite tart and acidic, with an almost saline quality to it; again, gentle funk. Finishes moderately tart, citrus, and salty. Not one of the more complex geuzes out there, but it’s well-made.
