Description
Brewing Brothers is founded on the belief that simplicity is best. We feel that by offering simple products we are able to focus more time on quality over quantity.
Established in 2016 by Ned and Charlie after a visit to the U.S. where they came across brewhouses. It dawned on them that the UK was falling behind in the world of craft beer. They also felt that here in the UK, the art of brewing beer is widely unappreciated, often left to an anonymous character behind closed doors. The americans celebrate the brewer and marvel at the brewery. This spurred the need for change in Ned and Charlie. So, in August 2016, with the help of Billy they opened the doors to the first of the brewing brothers brewhouses.

Can shared on the Eurostar back from Brussels for Rich's 50th weekend. A translucnet pale golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice pineapple, juicy fruit. Peach, soft rustic bread. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, crisp, light bready grains, wheat, peach melba, juicy fruits, light chalk. Palate is semi crisp, light grains, fine carbonation, light mineral bite. Pretty good. Good flavour for the lower abv.

Keg draught at Tap 13, Broadway Market, Tooting. Mid-gold and mostly clear with a small film of white head. Sugary notes in the aroma kicked into touch by earthy malt. Sweet, but the sweetness doesn’t run away with it. Corn and malt are prominent with a light bitterness in the finish. Decent but not overly exciting.

440ml can. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, somewhat light, mineral, light herbal floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
