As Oettinger Lager. Clear pale golden, good frothy white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, vegetables. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, metallic notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry sweetbitter aftertaste, light orange pith but mostly cardboard, simple, quaffable, meh.

Fles gedeeld door BramL. Het is een troebel geel bier met een wit schuim. Het aroma is zoet en citrus achtig. De smaak is wat gistachtig, zoet en citroen achtig.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een zoetige wat limoen achtige geur. De smaak is zoet en citroen achtig.

500ml bottle into a Hofbrau Munchner Kindl Weissbier glass at home on 18th July 2020. Cloudy yellow body, full and lasting white foaming head. Banana and wheat esters in the nose, some herbal/spicy notes too. Not bad for a cheap supermarket Hefeweizen, tastes are the regular ones, much like the aroma.

Dunkles Bockbier mit 6,7 % Alk. Stammwürze unbekannt. Geruch sehr frisch und würzig. Geschmack leicht malzig, eher süß, etwas Frucht (insbesondere Birne), ab dem Mittelteil bitter und würzig. Für einen Bock nicht sehr schwer. Aber überraschend süffig, direkt erfrischend. Das ist kein schlechtes Bockbier. Unschlagbarer Preis.

Can, 0.50l. Aroma is grainy, bready, herbal and lightly toasted. Pours clear golden color with thin creamy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy, following is grassy and quite watery, mouthfeel is crisp and dry, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Thirst & fest killer...

330ml bottle. Hazy, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, mininmally lacing, snow-white head. Slightly sugary, sweet-ish lemonade aroma, notes of lemon, lemon juice. Taste is sugary sweet, notes of lemon, lemon peel, lemon juice, widely disguised hop bitterness. Watery texture, lively carbonation. Nice lemonade, hardly beer remnants.

Bready malty, slightly fruity and minimally spicy yeasty, hints of pear, apricot, grey bread and caraway, a touch of coffee grounds; ephemeral fruitiness. 330ml bottle [as Oettinger Helles]. Clear, orangey golden colour with average, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Weak, grainy and strawy, malty aroma, a spicy touch of fresh hay. Taste is grainy and strawy malty, minimally soapy hoppy. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine carbonation. Expressionless.
