500ml bottle. Clear gold, no head. Aroma of apples, tannins. Taste of ripe apple juice, tart and tannic, seemed sweet initially but definitely a very dry finish.

Sample with Grumbo via Ed. Aroma is apple, vanilla, solvent and woody. Taste is faint apple juice and syrupy. Ok.

Bottle from Connolly's. Clear pale gold, no head. Aroma of fruity pears, sugars, light barnyard. Taste of fruity pears, sweetness, mid-sour dry finish. Light to medium bodied, slight oiliness, refreshing, high carbonation. Good perry.

3/9/2024. BIAB pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear dark orange with a small bubbly head. Aroma is fleshy apple, solvent, caramel, vanilla, funky edge. Medium sweetness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Light drying finish.
