3/9/2024. BIAB pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear dark orange with a small bubbly head. Aroma is fleshy apple, solvent, caramel, vanilla, funky edge. Medium sweetness, minimal tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Light drying finish.

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. Hazed golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, acetic funk. Taste is tart, tangy, apple, fruity, with acetic funk and acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acetic finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. Slightly hazed bronze gold colour, no head and aroma of juicy ripe apple, core. Taste is sweet, ripe apple, juicy, tart, drying with some hay, caramel notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

5/12/2023. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet, pear, straw, touch of citrus. Medium sweetness and a touch tart. Moderate body, average carbonation.

Bottle at home, from an online cider peddler whom I can't recall, 29/10/23. Pale golden yellow with a good sized white cap that thins to a swirl, carbonation evident. Nose is sweet edged pears, herb, straw, light sugars. Taste comprises bitter sweet pears, tannins, apple core, light sugars, straw, herb. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough easy drinking perry ... tasted less sweet than it smelt which was a bonus for me.

On tap at London Cider House, pours a clear blonde, no head. Aroma brings out a honey character, with medium dry pears, fermented notes, vinegar, and pear core. Flavour is sweet, with honied pears fermented pears and vinegar. Too vinegary, sweet and lacking complexity. Not great.
