Chinski mocny Stout w eleganckiej ciemnej szacie. Wyglad to glebia czerni nieprzezroczysta, piana lekko brazowawa, sporawa i ladna niestety za szybko opada. Zapach lekko lukrecjowy i lekko piernikowy. Pozostawiajacy pewien posmak delikatnej mlecznej kawy i finisz za to zaskakuje jest dlugi i wytrawny.

Bouteille 330ml. Couleur jaune doré, mousse blanche fuyante. Arôme de maïs, moufette (merci bouteille verte et SAQ). Goût de maïs, malt, sucré. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-faible. Bof.

Bottle, 0.33l. Clear pale golden color with small frothy white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of cereals, grass, herbs and cooked vegetables. Tastes light sweet malty and grassy as many other lagers do. I don’t think there are many premium features, maybe crispy water. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. As average as it can be...

China’s best known beer, a classic Asian lager with rice, which reveals itself as a sweetish graininess with sourish hint and adds a certain complexity; otherwise a bland pale lager, of course, but I can appreciate its soft and aromatic character.
