Imported bottle courtesy of my virtual mother in law - Cheers Chris! Bright clear pale gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light, semi dry and a little crisp. Clean light pale malts. moderate lager character. Very mild citrus hop. Light finish. It’s pretty clean and pretty drinkable.

Bottle from Old Town. Typical premium lager. Watery mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. Medium body. Corn and sweet malts. Not much aromas to speak of. Refreshing finish.

640ml bottle, shared. Pours pale, clear yellow with a fairly thin white head. Little aroma, sweet malty taste with little bitterness. Not unpleasant but neither is it particularly interesting

Bottle from Charlie Chan, Cambridge. Light to mid-yellow with a reasonable white head. Malty grassy aroma, not much to it. Refreshing bittersweet taste, but again not particularly engaging or memorable. It’s just sort of... there. Good enough with food, and I had three bottles so can’t be that bad. But it’s just another pointless lager at the end of the day.

From bottle generously donated by JMD 01.02.15. Very clear and pale straw colour. Quickly diminishing white head. Sweetish aroma of maize and a slight hint of grass Very moderate bitterness in similar taste. No off-taste. And not much taste at all. Low carbonation

Golden color with small white head. Aroma of sweet grains, something weird (like rice?), a hint of floral hops. Taste is sweet, grainy, sweet. Nothing really. Not unpleasant, just not good.

330ml bottle into pint glass. Slight malty nose. yellow carbonated thin head. Crisp mild hoppy taste. Quite long bitter finish. Unremarkable, inoffensive, better than a lot of other Asian lagers.

Tsingtao 3.1% 冷酵 nba as there is a basketball on it? Pale gold foamy head, zero lacing. Much maltier nose of grass, hay and pale malts. Raspy carbonation on a light body. Taste is menthol, sugar & gas. Bleh.
