Bouteille 75cl, BB 04/07/2015. Couleur blonde, col fin blanc.

Fast gone dirty white head over lightly veiled orange-copperish to ochre beer. Fruity, vegetable (unripe veggies, mainly). Some spiciness, and before anything, yeast byproducts. Not very inviting. Bitterish, spicy, and indeed, mineral. Some rootspice or rootvegetable. The annoying unfinished beer, unripe yeastfeature from the nose is hardly apparent in the mouth. A bit citrussy, maybe some coriander? Feels lively carbonated, some wheatlike slickness, and maybe medium bodied. Original. The marine aspect might have been stressed more without damage - Manzanilla anyone? Txs to Stef!

Sampled @ RBESG 13 Grand Tasting. Hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Smells cardboard, herbs and spices. Tastes herbs, spices, coriander, malts. I’m not a big herbs and spices fan though. Thin body, soft carbo.

75 cl. swing-bottle sampled @ RBESG 2013. Thx! to Countbeer. Paler light citrus colour, lacing creamy white head. Smell is citrus, lemon dishwashing liquid, cleaning agent & some spices. Taste is sweetly herbal, spices, lemon flavoured cleaning agent, sweet yeast, bitter spices, light lactic lemon. Creamy lemon body. Manageable, agreeable.

Bottled @ RBESG 2013 Grand Tasting. Spicy, coriander, like a combination of a belgian white and a saison. Lots of belgian yeast esters shining through. Decent beer.
