750 ml clear screwcap bottle, from the cidery / fruit farm. Produced 2018, ABV 10%. Clear peach / rosé colour, moderate carbonation. Moderate aroma of pears and apples. Medium sweet flavour of apples and pears. Decent enough. The best from Fossmoen so far.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 02.12.19. Clear pale red. Not much head. Aroma and taste of rapsberries, apple zest and apple bitterness. Quite sweet.

Vi er helt på slutten av programmet på denne RBHD-samlingen på Bryne, og stemningen er som alltid upåklagelig. 0,75 flaske. Lett uklar rødgylden med kort skum. Gjærede bringebær og noe aceton i aromaen. Heldigvis smaker den mye bedre, jeg får assosiasjoner til hjemmelaget eplemos, bringebær- og kirsebærsyltetøy. Vil den vinne seg om den dekanteres først?

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, from the cidery. Apple cider with blackcurrants added, no other additives (except sugar). Produced 2018. ABV is 12%. Beautiful deep red colour, moderate carbonation. Aroma of blackcurrants, hints of decaying fruits and ammonium. Strong and sweet flavour of blackcurrants, some tart apples in the background.

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, from the cidery. Apple cider with redcurrants added, otherwise no other additives (except sugar). Produced in 2018. ABV is 12%. Rosé colour, hardly any carbonation. Aroma of decaying fruits, ammonium and over-ripe redcurrants. Flavour of decaying fruits and berries, some sweetness. Not good.

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, from the cidery. Apple cider with raspberries added, no other additives (except sugar). Produced 2018. ABV is 10%. Clear rosé colour. Aroma of raspberries, hints of dust. Very moderate carbonation. The flavour has a nice sweetness of raspberries and ripe apples. Enjoyable.

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, from the cidery. Produced 2018. ABV is 12%. Deep red colour, minimal carbonation. Bad aroma of decaying apples and ammonium, hints of blueberries. The flavour has some sweetness and more distinct blueberry notes, but again decaying apples and ammonium.
