Bottle, 75cl. It's a clear, still, deep golden colored cider. Delicious apple aroma with hints of grass, yeast and apple cores. Some alcohol too, which surprises me a bit. Feels quite sourish, acidic fruity on the nose, but in the mouth there's some sweetness. It's full-bodied and lightly carbonated. with a touch of yeast in the flavor. Some grass, apple cores, hints of apple pie and lemon, and lots of fresh apple. Quite dry finish with lots of fresh apple, hints of yeast and cellar, as well as some grassy hints. Could perhaps wished for a bit more complexity, but overall it's just a straight forward, delicious and easy drinkable cider I'd love to have available all the time. 211219

YG 131021. Red color with no head. Aroma is apples, raspberries. Flavor is apples, raspberries, sulphur, yeast, grass. Ordinary cider.

Bottle, 375ml. A fizzy candy red lightly hazy cider. The aroma is a bit yeasty, with more focus on raspberry than on apple. Grassy, unripe apples in the back, with a touch of apple cores. It's quite effervescent on the palate, full to medium bodied and semi-sweet, feeling rather dry in the finish. Raspberry, apple cores, raspberry seed bitterness, fresh apple, hints of grass and a dash of yeast in the flavor. Long raspberry driven finish with the apples doing a solid job too. Guess there's still some activity in the bottle, judging from the carbonation level and yeastyness, and I find it too much on the raspberry side. Else it's a quite decent one. 211013

YG 090821. Dark golden coloor with some white bubbles.. Aroma is apples, toffee. Flavor is apples, toffee, grass, vanilla. Nice cider.

Bottle, 375ml. It's a clear dark golden colored cider with a few short-lived white bubbles on top. Else still. The aroma has lots of ripe apple, some toffee notes, close to that of a toffee apple cider, with some apple pie, pie crust, buttery hints, grass and apple cores. It's full-bodied, softly carbonated and semi-dry, with a flavor dominated by ripe apple. Some apple pie crust, apple cores and a hint of grass too. Lasting finish. A bit buttery, toffee-ish in the aroma, else it's a fine cider. 210809

KØLF 271120. Golden color with some white bubbles. Flavor is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sourness, sugar, grass. Very nice and easy drinkable beer.

Bottle from the source. Clear golden body with a small, short lasting white head. Body is slightly oily and looks great for a cider. Aroma is strong and concentrated apple with a combination of fresh and mature apples. Taste is clean and pretty strong apple, medium sweet with a nice touch of acidity repeats the impression from aroma with the combination of fresh and ripe apple. Fine body and nice aftertaste. Quite impressive for a 4,7% ABV cider.

Bottle. A clear golden colored cider with a few bubbles and a rim of bubbles. Delicious apple aroma with both fresh and ripe apples. Some grass and a touch of apple cores too. It has a nice lemony acidity, with lots of good apple flavors. More like apple jam than the fresh and matured apples found in the aroma. It’s quite dry on the palate, with a slightly sparkling touch. Fruity, apple driven finish. A refreshing and tasteful cider. 201127

375 ml screwcap bottle, as Spilde Discovery 4.7% Halvtørr, from Bunnpris, Odda (at NOK 79,00). Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived head. Distinct and pleasant aroma of Discovery apples, a hint of oak. Semi-dry apple flavour, slightly tart.

375 ml screwcap bottle, from Bunnpris, Odda (at NOK 79,00). ABV is 4.7%. Clear and pale golden colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of eating apples, apple cores and sulphites, a hint of oak. Dry and surprisingly tart flavour, quite a bit of acid and tannins, astringent.
