Taste is dry fruity, apple cores, hay, apple peel, grass, minerals, flowers, sour apples, leafs, hints of yellow apples. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Pours clear reddish with a white head. Aroma has notes of apple, candy, raspberry and sugar. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long candy, apple, dry, raspberry and sugar finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 375ml. 2019 vintage. It's almost clear in the glass, reddish dark golden in color, with some bubbles on top. The aroma has lots of pleasant apple flavors, with some berry hints. Notes of apple cores. . It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated, with a good dash of acidity. Apple, raspberry hints, grass notes and some apple cores in the flavor. Long finish.
