Bottle shared with Holmen1 and JMD on board Fridtjofen 15.08.20. Deep red. No head. Excellently refreshing aroma and taste of sour cider apples, raspberries, cherries and raspberry bonbons.

Nice fizzy shortlasting head slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, grass, apple peel, sorrel, flowers, hay, minerals, alcohol, hints of citrus and caramel. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sorrel, sour unripe apples, apple cores, hay, minerals, alcohol, flowers, bark. Medium bitterness, dry and slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
