14/4/2018. Bottle at the Ibis, Cambridge. Pours clear and almost colourless, with a very short lasting white head. Aroma of apples and light oak. Medium plus sweetness, moderate sour. Moderate body, slight oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Not bad but too carbonated.

330ml bottle @ Smoke Haus, Birmingham. Pours an exceptionally pale yellow. Lightly sweet, sugary, commercial apple cider aroma. Taste is similarly light, sweet and clean.. not a lot to it really, fairly breezy, refreshing, accessible and inoffensive.

Bottle at Toster bar, Novi Sad. Served on a hot summer day with ice. Pale straw color with a greenish tint. Light fruity aroma; apple or light floral, sour apple, overripe apple. Dry, fruity tartness, wine-like, juicy. Light body, moderate to high carbonation, nice dry/tart finish. Nice everyday drink.

Bottle: Very pale golden, clear; sourish fruity and cellary-barnyardy nose; fresh dryish sour-sweet flavour, light bodied, not watery; mild, but lingering sourish-sweet apply and cellary finish. Good…

330ml bottle, 2013 vintage. Clear pale golden colour, thin white head rapidly dissipates to nothing. Weak aroma of ripe apples, mild musty notes. Taste of sweet ripe apples, slightly tart and musty, dry bittersweet finish. Light body, average carbonation. Expected a bit more from this so-called "craft cider", it’s not bad but not different enough from any mass produced cider.

Bottle at the Cerise Bar, Reading. Pale gold with a middling fizz. Sweet, but just enough tartness to make it drinkable. Light sweet eating apple flavour. Crisp finish. Easy to drink but too sweet and inoffensive there’s nothing to hold my interest here. Clearly aiming to be an artisan cider for the mass-market if you know what I mean.
