Description
Based on a busy working farm in the picturesque village of Bradfield in the Peak District, Bradfield Brewery have gone from milking 100 cows a day to brewing over 100,000 pints of beer a week! The brewery sprung to life with completion of its first Brew on 26th April 2005 and the brews have carried on flowing ever since.

Trivia: As the family had enjoyed 2 generations of farming at Watt House Farm and not wanting the cows to feel left out, some of the beers are named after breeds of cattle.

Gravity from Royal Oak, Coal Aston - Deep blue body, thin foamy white head. Nose is overwhelming blueberry, very fruity. Taste is very dry, almost tart, with the malt and blueberries combining to make it a bit of a mouth-smacker. Downside is it is far too thin. Not bad though.

Aroma of roasted malts and a hint of coffee. Feels thin but does have an oily feel on the palate. Flavour has strong bitterness from the burnt malts.
