Trivia: As the family had enjoyed 2 generations of farming at Watt House Farm and not wanting the cows to feel left out, some of the beers are named after breeds of cattle.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a huge, lively off-white head. Fresh and fruity nose with a little caramel. Medium body, sweet fruit and a little caramel with a vague underlying c-vitamin kinda tartness. No bitterness though. 180110

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a frothy off-white head. Sweet caramel aroma. Medium body, sweet caramel and fruits with hardly any hops. Has a vague underlying tartness. 180110

Botle 50 cl. Slightly hazy yellow wiith a white head. Fresh citrusy hop aroma. Light body, sweet malts and fruits with some fresh, flowery and citrusy hops. Very subdued bitterness however. 180110

Cask @ 3 Judges. Black colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee. Flavour of roasted malts and coffee. Watery.

Cask @ 3 Judges. Light amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of biscuit, some flowery hops. Flavour has lots of biscuit malts. Slightly bitter, Well drinkable.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham, on 28th December 2009. Red-black with pale brown head of foam. Complex flavour bouquet comprises plenty of roast malts, slight smokiness and fruit - mainly citric hop notes. A rewardingly flavoursome and highly satisfying stout.

14th July 2008. Some sharp hops but no weight behind them. Not too bitter. Quite drinkable. A little fruity.

Cask at the Three Guineas, Reading. A good honest bitter, coppery in colour with a creamy white head; sweet malty aroma; sharp fruit flavours and a light hoppy finish.

RBESG Sheffield 2009 Grand Tasting at the Harlequin. Cask. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of light fruits, grass. Flavour is light fruity, grassy, light bitter finish.
