Description
Based on a busy working farm in the picturesque village of Bradfield in the Peak District, Bradfield Brewery have gone from milking 100 cows a day to brewing over 100,000 pints of beer a week! The brewery sprung to life with completion of its first Brew on 26th April 2005 and the brews have carried on flowing ever since.

Trivia: As the family had enjoyed 2 generations of farming at Watt House Farm and not wanting the cows to feel left out, some of the beers are named after breeds of cattle.

Hazy dark brown color; creamy head. The aroma, caramel, has also an unpleasant cardboard touch. Round mouthfeel in the front, dry later; dry caramel flavor, plain. Not bad, but useless to me.
