Description

The Anstee family began supplying the hospitality trade in South Wales with beers, wines and spirits in the early 90’s. The knowledge and community ties established during this time gave us a real desire to see quality Welsh beer back on local bars. So much so we thought we’d brew some ourselves, starting out as the Kite Brewery in 2011. In 2015 and with our beers now winning awards and wider recognition we decided a new name was in order.

Cask. Golden beer with a cream head. Citrus aroma. Citrus and malt flavor with light grain. Medium bodied. Citrus and malt linger with ight grain.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light citrus aroma. Bready and citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Breadiness and citrus linger.

Cask up the White Lady. Pours clear amber with a thick off-white head. Aromas of red berry, apple, faint citrus. Taste is toffee, berry, orange. Dry finish.

Can at the moon under water Watford Jdw. But of a gusher. A hazed reddish amber coloured pour with a sticky beige head. Aroma is semi sweet candied sugar, piney, resinous pine tips, grass. Brown sugars. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded, brown sugars, candied brown sugars, spicy pine, loose hops. Palate is semi sweet, resinous sticky dirty hop, wet hop.. Not great.
