Cask @ Salopian, the pub. Pours dark brown, good cream coloured head. Aroma presents the expected butterscotch alongside, I would say, cocoa elements. Smooth, light palate.. could be cooler and, as such, takes some of the life out of it but the butterscotch is present and nicely integrated. Decent late afternoon sipper.

Cask at the Imp and Angel, Lincoln. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are light malty pine, some citrus to finish. medium body.

Bottle. Beer Central Sheffield. Hazed gold. Good white froth. Sweet lemon and some pineapple flesh. Super crisp clean malt. Touch of sweetness with a mineral bitterness. Clean and bright. Light and effervescent. Lingering light bitter finish.

3/3/2023. Cask at the 46th Loughborough Beer Festival. Pours clear almost black with a small bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma is nutty, fudge, milk chocolate, roasted malt, liquorice, smores. Medium sweetness, moderate roasted bitterness. Quite full bodied, sticky, very soft carbonation. Festival high-point.

Cask, half pint. @Blue Boar, Leicester (UK). 16/02/2023 [#5.825 Global - #611 England - #1 Castle Rock Brewery (My English brewery #185)] Pours clear goldem with a lacing white head. Aroma: fruits, tangerine and pine needles. Taste: fruity malts and tangerine. Balanced bitterness. Good. Next one please!

Cask @ Petersgate Tap, Stockport. Has a hoppy alcoholic aroma, alcoholic-sweet taste with its strength very evident. It's quite soft textured given the sum of its parts. Dark amber-red with a creamy head.
