Can from a friend. 7%, so I think I'll stick it here as it says brewed a De Proef, but no mention of Beer 52. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of milk chocolate, faint red fruit. Taste is more chocolate, fruit is still quite low. Nice rich stout overall.

Frothy white head left a blotchy cover on a hazy pale lemon coloured still body. Tropical fruits, confectionery & melon aroma. Medium to thin bodied, sharp on the palate with thinning clean lacklustre back. Bitter citrus, lemon, pithy, chalk & grapefruit tastes.

22/9/2019. Can at the British Speedway GP can share, from Beer52. Pours hazy/cloudy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma of citrus, bitter lemon, light herbs and yeast. Light sweetness and heavy sour. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation. Not the worst but sourness kills everything else.

A very servicable session beer here. Doesn't have a lot of heft to it but there's a good, zesty hoppiness to it with some tropical fruit in there as well and a nice dry finish to it too. For something so drinkable it's pretty tasty.

Can. North Brew Co Tap, Leeds. Pale gold. Fully hazy. Lots of lumpy floaters. Tight, lasting, white head. Nose has lemon hand soap. Jif lemon juice. Metal filings. Taste is harsh, citrus bitterness. Fair amount of acidity here. Thin mouthfeel. High, foamy carbonation. Lingering citrus bitterness to finish. Grim.

Tight frothy white head on an unclear pale lemon coloured, finely carbonated body. Lemon, citrus & saline aroma. Medium to thin bodied, sharp on the palate with short abrupt dry back. Bitter lemon, lightly hopped, salt & grassy tastes.
