Merton Beer Festival Sep’ 2004. Hazy yellow colour, nice refreshing apple aroma, tastes very good I really like the use of Russets and Cox’s two of my favourite apple varieties, nice medium dry cider.

(Bottle 27,5 cl) Hazy, pale golden. Herbal, medicinal nose. Light in body with strange - but fresh - notes of ginger. The apples are rather subdued. Dry, lightly tart finish. 220106

(Bottle 27,5 cl) Hazy, pale golden. Fresh and very fruity apple aroma. Lovely apple flavours with some floral, almost perfumy, notes. Wee underlying sweetness. Dry but not overwhelmingly tart finish. Nice. 220106

(Bottle 27,5 cl) Hazy, murky golden. Very tart and fresh nose - vinous like a very dry white wine. Intense, sharp acidity - no sugars to be detected here. Gueuze-like, vinegarish finish. But definitely quenching. 220106
