1/3 key keg pour at GBBF Winter. Pale , sparkling golden pour. Big nose of apple flavors, light caramel. Taste is sweet, toffee and apples, just like the name implies.

Bladder bag at day 2 of the 40th Pigs Ear Beer festival, Round Chapel Hackney, 04/12/24.
Yellow to golden with a thin white head.
Nose is tangy pears, straw, sugars.
Taste comprises pear drop, vinous, bitter sweet, tangy, light funk.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close.
Okay.

26/7/2024. From BIAB at The Redoubt Beer Festival 2024, Harwich. 7.0% abv. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is apples, stable, citrus, straw. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, slight chilli edge, light tartness. Moderate body, a little watery, soft carbonation. Drying solventy finish. Quite drinkable.

Had@18th Reading Beer & Cider Fest. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is funk, some apples, toffee and quite sweet. Flavour is kind of syrupy, some ripe apples, green apple skins, some funk and mild earthy tones. Smooth and fresh, but not all too sweet. Somewhat dry palate.

Bottled (From Ales by Mail). Golden colour with a small quickly vanishing small head. Aroma is sweet apples, some honey, mild apple marmalade as well as some mild wood. Flavour is kind of sweedish tart with some citrus, honey, white wine and off-course sweet apples.
