500ml bottle. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a fizzy short-lived white head. The aroma is cardboard malt, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, super woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Clear medium orange amber colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, oxidide, sweet malt, light caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, oxidide - bread, light caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151206] 4-4-4-3-8

50cl bottle from Aldi, Bracknell. A brilliantly clear golden amber colour that catches the light, with a thin white head and light carbonation; floral aroma; crisp citrusy taste with a sweet biscuity body; and a herbal bitterness with a touch of spice, leaving a prickly finish. A rather good pale ale.
